Tarasow Films’ artistic documentary feature project God Is Tango was selected for the prestigious Co-Production Market at New Nordic Films 2025, the industry platform of the Haugesund Film Festival that brings together producers, financiers, and distributors from the Nordic region and beyond.
Director Annika Grof and producer Joon Tervakari pitched the project to an engaged audience of international industry professionals. The presentation was met with enthusiasm and sparked genuine interest from potential partners, creating a promising foundation for future collaborations.
The two-day Haugesund program offered not only formal pitching session but also inspiring opportunities to connect in unique settings — from an evening gathering at a local artist’s studio to a networking lunch on a boat trip through the offshore archipelago. The atmosphere throughout was warm, relaxed, and exceptionally welcoming.
